naco_util_spc_model - Generate FITS table with physical spectro model
The sof file shall consist of 1 line with the name of an ASCII-file currently
tagged with SPC_MODEL_ASCII.
The file must comprise these 9 columns: SpecMode (with a value found in ESO SEQ
SPECMODE) Residual (with fitting residual, currently ignored) Fit_Order (with
the number of fitted coefficients in the Legendre polynomial) XMin (with the
minimum pixel value used for the fit) XMax (with the maximum pixel value used
for the fit) C_1 (with the coefficient of the 1st Legendre term) C_2 (with the
coefficient of the 2nd Legendre term) C_3 (with the coefficient of the 3rd
Legendre term) C_4 (with the coefficient of the 4th Legendre term)
The default input ASCII-file is in the catalogs/ directory of the NACO
Note that it is possible to create a configuration file containing these
options, along with suitable default values. Please refer to the details
provided by the 'esorex --help' command.
The full documentation for the naco pipeline can be downloaded as a PDF file
